Africa on Ice

Over two hundred Tusk supporters, new and old, braved a cold wet wintery night in London to attend the Charity's first ever Africa on Ice event on 8th December. Generously sponsored by Swarovski, the evening gave supporters and their children an opportunity to skate on an open-air Ice rink erected for the Christmas season in front of the Natural History Museum in the heart of South Kensington. Guests enjoyed mulled wine and canapes in the Pavilion overlooking the ice-rink, while Kasai Maasai played some lively sets of African music which added to the festive spirit and soon got the crowd dancing! Overall the evening raised £8,000 for Tusk.
